Checkout Instructions
Check-out 10am
Your security deposit will be fully refunded
unless there are damages, theft, excessive cleaning or late checkout
charges, lost keys, or
unpaid telephone calls. Everything in this condo is my own personal
property, so please be sure to return all items to the condo such as hot
tub towels and cups.
Checkout Procedures:
- Clean and put away all dishes, however
clean dishes may be left in the dishwasher
- Take out trash - dumpster in shed near
parking lot entrance, sliding locks on sides of door
- Hang wet towels on shower door,
bathroom door, or ski hooks
- Strip sheets from beds
- Turn heat down to 65 degrees
- Close windows to prevent water damage
- Close blinds so furniture does not
fade from the sunlight
- Unplug coffee pot and toaster
- Turn off alarm clock, so it’s not
alarming the neighbors the day after you leave
- Turn off bathroom fan
- Return key to lock box and leave loose
keys inside condo (during your stay, keep key in lock box to avoid
accidentally locking yourself out)
