Payment
and Cancellation
SKI IN: The condo is ski in the majority of
the season, but early and late in the ski season this is dependent on
mother nature.
WIRELESS INTERNET: Wireless internet access is free in
my building; get the code from the staff at the front desk of my
building. There is no guarantee on the internet access, but
if you do have a problem, please contact the front desk staff.
If there is an issue, sometimes the signal in the lobby or game/tv room is
stronger; 1 floor down, opposite end of building. As
a backup, you can get free wireless internet access at the sites
listed in the "Internet Access (Email)" section on my
"Tips & Tickets" webpage.
DEPOSIT
TERMS: An initial deposit of $100.00 plus 2 nights lodging is required at
the time of reservation. Full payment is due 45 days prior to
arrival. If reservations are made within 45 days of arrival, full payment
must be made at the time of reservation to guarantee it. A security
deposit of $300 will be due two weeks prior to arrival, which will be
refunded unless there are damages, theft, excessive cleaning charges (see
checkout instructions), lost
keys, or unpaid telephone calls. Your security deposit will be
returned within two weeks of your departure.
CANCELLATION TERMS: If a reservation is cancelled 45 days prior to
arrival, a full refund less a $100.00 service charge will be issued. If a
reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, all monies are
forfeited unless the unit is resold. If resold, a refund will be issued
for the dollar amount that the unit is resold less a $100.00 service
charge. Failure to make any payments due will jeopardize your reservation
and could cause cancellation without notice at the discretion of owner.
